Another genuine letter to Mr Slug & his team of utter Phailtards.I just destroyed the originals,btw.Ignore.Just venting n'that.I was so incensed & feeling dis-empowered,therefore,I went on Hunger Strike.Did you know,ALL previous "Hunger Strikers" in the U.K. took electrolytes? Fuck that! Real shit is real.
I was drinking water to prevent kidney failure, only,no jugs of water were provided for my fellow captives, until I penned a letter expressing my outrage.
Only then did they fix the water machine, which had been destroyed one night, when an actual nutter threw an eppie!

There is heightened sense of expectancy among Premier League fans with news out of Italy suggesting Liverpool are in talks with AC Milan over the impending transfer of Mario Balotelli to Liverpool.
Liverpool have been linked with so many Strikers this summer following the departure of Luis Striker to Barcelona including speculations about Radamel Falcao, Edinson Cavani and Samuel Eto’O.
What will surprise many is the fact that Liverpool Manager, Brendan Rodgers had previously stated with a note of finality that Liverpool was not going to sign Balotelli.
'I can categorically tell you that he will not be at Liverpool..' Rodgers said on August 3.
'I was asked the question about Balotelli and spoke about what a talent he is and excellent player he is.
'He is a wonderful player, but an AC Milan player, I just gave my opinion of him, but doesn’t mean I will be signing him.'
Well! nothing seems to surprise us any more with the about turn.
Balotelli scored 30 goals in 94 games for Manchester City over the three years he spent at the Etihad a tally he has matched in fewer matches for Milan since joining the Rosseneri.
"I do still think we need another striker,"
"It is something that we will look at, but it will depend on the availability of one.
"We will search through to the end of the transfer window."
In the last six hours, what initially appeared to be a loan enquiry has become the biggest transfer talk with some suggestions that both AC Milan and Liverpool have agreed a 16 million ponds deal.
Balotelli has added fuel to these speculations after he was reported to have told team-mates as quoted by Sky Italia that 'This will be my last day at Milanello.'

Is it only me?

I'll get straight to it, I'm very concerned about our upcoming season.  The squad as it stands just isn't good enough.  We have too many players in one area then others.  Together with the fact that there are players who's future is uncertain like Lucas, Agger, Coates, Assaidi, Borini, Suso.  I'm sure that would be decided by the end of the window.  In particular, I think Suso deserves alot of time.  I'm upset that we sold Kelly but I guess it's good that he can further his career with more game time.   Our No.10 and Wing position is basically covered with Coutinho, Sterling, Lallana, Suso, Markovic but we could probably use a Striker/Winger.  I think BR wants 3 Strikers - Sturridge, Lambert, Remy would've been good but I have a feeling that Borini not leaving ended his deal.  In CM we have Lucas, Gerrard, Hendo, Can, Allen.  1 too many I think but good quality and depth.  I may be the only one that thinks Gerrard should play less this season and really fight for his place as the lack of pace in the middle is a real weak point.

With Manquillo, he does look a good player and we have him on a 2 year loan which helps saves some funds this window.  I'm not sure how good Moreno is, but he is another youngster but to me, the most needed transfer. We have Enrique and Moreno and Flannagan and Manquillo on the right so I hope we will be able to sell Johnson.  At the moment there is alot of unknowns about how these players will intergrate into the team.  We certainly have a much stronger squad and more options but still lack that defining quality that champions have.  Certainly if all these players live up to their potential talent then we'll have a good season.  I just have the uneasy feeling that our season rests on very young shoulders.  On the Soton game, if Can played ahead of Lucas and Suso was on the bench then that would've given us more options going forward.  Seeing as we were at home I expected us to take more of an initiative and I was thrilled with the win but we need to improve very quickly as tough fixtures are coming thick n fast and the City game will be a good measure of where the squad is at right now but god forbid, f we lose, the pitchforks shouldn't come out.

This season is looking extremely exciting and we have much more expectation and are more under the spotlight now then before.  I was hoping we would sign more players in their prime and with CL experience as we have enough young potentials.  There's a huge risk of being in a constant state of rebuilding as we build players up, only to sell them to Madrid, Barca, Munich whenever they come calling.  I'm very eager to see Lallana and Markovic.  I've been very impressed with Emre Can in pre-season.

Alan Biggs: Atdhe Nuhiu can still be the real deal for Sheffield Wednesday

We’ve all seen wasteful strikers consigned to the bin over the years, often with the lid slammed down by terrace abuse. At Sheffield Wednesday, Atdhe Nuhiu needs goals but is proving a refreshing exception to the rule. When you look at his record (nine goals in 47 appearances), and the evidence of this season’s early games, the big Austrian could be labelled a serial squanderer. But you never give up on an out-and-out trier who wears his heart on his sleeve. Atdhe is always “at it.” And the supporters are not at him. Besides, he has attributes beyond physique, bustle and nuisance. Nuhiu holds the ball up well, makes good runs, has a decent touch. If he could combine that with the basics of putting routine chances inside a large oblong frame he would be the real deal. As perhaps he still can be with the obvious encouragement of Stuart Gray and the crowd. It’s in that spirit that Gray’s squad has pulled together wonderfully so far. It doesn’t mask the need for deeper strength in most areas but, considering the likes of Lee, Lavery, and Buxton being out, it’s a great start notwithstanding Millwall’s late equaliser against a still [...]
