"Really Don't Care"
---- Demi Lovato (feat. Cher Lloyd)

You wanna play, you wanna stay, you wanna have it all
You started messing with my head until I hit a wall
Maybe I shoulda known, maybe I shoulda known
That you would walk, you would walk out the door

Hey!

Said we were done, you met someone and rubbed it in my face
Cut to the punch, she broke your heart, and then she ran away
I guess you shoulda known, I guess you shoulda known
That I would talk, I would talk

But even if the stars and moon collide
I never want you back into my life
You can take your words and all your lies
Oh oh oh I really don't care
But even if the stars and moon collide
I never want you back into my life
You can take your words and all your lies
Oh oh oh I really don't care
Oh oh oh I really don't care

I cant believe I ever stayed up writing songs about you
You don't deserve to know the way I used to think about you
Oh no not anymore, oh no not anymore
You had your shot, had your shot, but you let go

Now if we meet out on the street I wont be running scared
I'll walk right up to you and put one finger in the air
And make you understand, and make you understand
You had your chance, had your chance

But even if the stars and moon collide
I never want you back into my life
You can take your words and all your lies
Oh oh oh I really don't care
But even if the stars and moon collide
I never want you back into my life
You can take your words and all your lies
Oh oh oh I really don't care
Oh oh oh I really don't care

[Cher Lloyd]
Yeah, listen up
Hey, hey never look back, dumb struck boy, ego attack
Look boy, why you so mad
Second gets in, but shoulda hit that
Hey Demi you picked the wrong lover
Shoulda picked that one is cuter than the other
I just wanna laugh, cause you tryna be a hipster
Kick it to the curb, take a polaroid picture

But even if the stars and moon collide
I never want you back into my life
You can take your words and all your lies
Oh oh oh I really don't care
Even if the stars and moon collide
I never want you back into my life
You can take your words and all your lies
Oh oh oh I really don't care
Oh oh oh I really don't care

There was truth, there was consequence, against you. A weak defense, then there's me. I'm 17, and looking for a fight. All my life, I was never there just a ghost, running scared. Here our dreams are made, that won. Lost in the city of angels. Down in the comfort of strangers.

UKIP and the immigration issue.

UKIP is often in the news getting slated by people who do not realise what our policy is about.

Here is a rough guide:

UKIP Immigration Policy is currently undergoing a review and update. The full policy will be published in due course. Meanwhile this is a statement of principles on which the detailed policy will be based.
1. UKIP calls for an end to the age of mass, uncontrolled immigration. Since 1997 immigration has added almost four million new people to the British population; this figure does not include illegal immigrants, the exact number of which is unknown but is probably at least one million and possibly much higher.
2. Britain is very densely populated. England, where the majority of people live, is one of the most densely populated countries in the world: more densely populated than China, India and Japan. We simply cannot sustain the level of immigration that adds another one million people to the population every four to five years. This puts an intolerable burden on our infrastructure and public services.
3. UKIP would introduce a five year freeze on immigration for permanent settlement (with some exceptions) until we regain control of our borders, put in effective immigration controls, and deal with the issue of illegal immigrants. Overstaying a visa would become a criminal offence.
4. Any future immigration for permanent settlement must be on a strictly limited and controlled basis where that can clearly be shown to benefit the British people as a whole and our economy. Immigrants would not be able to apply for public housing or benefits until they had paid tax for five years.
5. Meanwhile UKIP would enable people to come and work in the UK by means of a points based work permit system for limited periods of time and to fulfil specific gaps in the job market that cannot be filled by the existing work force.
6. Measures would be taken to identify illegal immigrants and remove them to their country of origin. Exceptions may be made in limited circumstances, but there would be no general amnesty for illegal migrants.
7. EU citizens who have been established in the UK for seven years or more will, depending on their circumstances, be able to apply for permanent leave to remain (provided they fulfil certain criteria and are eligible to apply for work permits).
8. UKIP would withdraw from the European Convention of Human Rights and the European Convention on Refugees. This would enable us to deport foreign criminal and terrorist suspects where desirable. UKIP would allow genuine asylum applications in accordance with our international obligations.
None of these policies can be implemented while Britain is still a member of the European Union, and that is just one of the reasons why UKIP policy is to leave the European Union.

So there you have it, the policy outline is obviously similar to the Austrailian, New Zealand and Canadian models. Yet we still get called racists and fruitcakes.
We stand people from all walks of life immaterial of background, religion or ancestry.
Yet we still get called racists.
We have the fastest rising membership base since the SDP in the 80's, yet the government friendly call us a fringe party or single issue.
We speak common sense and the language of the everyday person in the UK. Yet the so called mainstream parties say they are in tune with the people. In some of their eyes they think they actually are of the common people.
We have been truthful when asked about some of the candidates that got through the net and were slightly dubious. Even though we have a blanket ban on any member being from a far right organisation or proscribed party. Michael Fabricant the nutty Tory MP from Litchfield openly admitted on Have I got News For You last week that all the parties have ex far right and especially BNP in their parties, we strive not to in UKIP. He also stated that the cast from Rising Damp all looked foreign to him. Veiled racism has been cried, stupidity and not being one with the people is to blame really.
So deep down we would hope that the blinkered media would highlight all the wrong folk in the other parties from the established parties to the micro parties like the ex BNP and racist welcoming English Democrats (After their dalliances with such groups as Russky Orbaz, EFP and other holocaust denying nazi groups)

Instead of that, where they are running scared of the changes UKIP could bring to British Politics and offering a real voice for each home nation including England, they just mock, poke, pry and plain make stuff up.
Here is a story from the mail where Mandelson admits Labour went searching for immigrants for political gain.

Immigrants? We sent out search parties to get them to come... and made it hard for Britons to get work, says Mandelson

Former minister admits Labour deliberately engineered mass immigration
Between 1997 and 2010 net migration to Britain totalled 2.2million

'We were sending out search parties for people': Former Labour Cabinet Minister Peter Mandelson has admitted that his party actively encouraged immigration to the UK while in governmentLabour sent out ‘search parties’ for immigrants to get them to come to the UK, Lord Mandelson has admitted. In a stunning confirmation that the Blair and Brown governments deliberately engineered mass immigration, the former Cabinet Minister and spin doctor said New Labour sought out foreign workers. He also conceded that the influx of arrivals meant the party’s traditional supporters are now unable to find work.By contrast, Labour leader Ed Miliband has said his party got it wrong on immigration but has refused to admit it was too high under Labour.Between 1997 and 2010, net migration to Britain totalled more than 2.2million, more than twice the population of Birmingham. The annual net figure quadrupled under Labour from 48,000 people in 1997 to 198,000 by 2009.Lord Mandelson’s remarks come three years after Labour officials denied claims by former adviser Andrew Neather that they deliberately encouraged immigration in order to change the make-up of Britain.Mr Neather said the policy was designed to ‘rub the Right’s nose in diversity’. He said there was ‘a driving political purpose: that mass immigration was the way that the Government was going to make the UK truly multicultural’.Senior Labour figures have been reluctant to concede they deliberately engineered the influx of migrants who have transformed communities over the past decade. But, at a rally for the Blairite think-tank Progress, Lord Mandelson said: ‘In 2004 when as a Labour government, we were not only welcoming people to come into this country to work, we were sending out search parties for people and encouraging them, in some cases, to take up work in this country.’He said: ‘The problem has grown during the period of economic stagnation over the last five, six years.’When Labour encouraged new arrivals ‘we were almost ... a full employment economy’ but, he
admitted: ‘The situation is different obviously now.‘We have to just realise... entry to the labour market of many people of non-British origin is hard for people who are finding it very difficult to find jobs, who find it hard to keep jobs.‘For these people immigration tends to loom large in their lives and in their worlds, now that is an inescapable fact, and we have to understand it, address it, engage with people in discussion about it.’Mr Mandelson's admission that New Labour sought out foreign workers is a stunning confirmation that governments led by Tony Blair, left, and Gordon Brown, right, deliberately engineered mass immigration
His words are far franker than Mr Miliband’s. Asked earlier this month whether ‘too many people were allowed to come’, he replied: ‘I wouldn’t put it that way, no.’
MANDELSON NOW... AND THEN
'I think we have to realise that the entry of migrants to the labour market is hard for people who are finding it very difficult to get jobs, or to keep jobs'
Lord Mandelson yesterday

'Migrants are filling gaps in our labour market that Britons are not available to fill or unwilling to fill. There has not been an adverse effect on employment of British nationals'
Mandelson in March 2009
Tory chairman Grant Shapps said: ‘Peter Mandelson’s candid admission that Labour were purposefully letting immigration spiral out of control when in government is yet another damning indictment on their record on immigration.’
Sir Andrew Green of Migration Watch said: ‘This is an astonishing admission from the highest level that Labour’s mass immigration policy was entirely deliberate.
‘It will be a very long time before their own working class supporters forgive them for the enormous changes that have been imposed on their communities.’
Gordon Brown yesterday accused the Tories of emulating Enoch Powell by using immigration to head off the growing electoral threat from UKIP.
Mr Powell’s 1968 ‘rivers of blood’ speech ignited huge controversy in the debate on immigration.
Former prime minister Mr Brown – who once called for ‘British jobs for British workers’ – told a pro-union rally in Glasgow: ‘A party that was anti-Powellite on immigration is now becoming very close to being Powellite on that issue.’

Seems the far-right cheaters are crying out and it may end up they will actually be the villains and not the victims.

My first question regarding the so-called IRS scandal was, who initiated the study and that's where my investigations have been focused, to wit:

The American Center for Law and Justice, a legal group representing numerous conservative organizations including 30 tea party organizations, provided CNN with four letters: one each from IRS offices in Washington; Cincinnati; El Monte, California, and Laguna Niguel, California.

http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/14/politics/irs-conservative-targeting/index.html

My next question was, well...who funds the American Center for Law and Justice, to wit:

American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ)

Founded by Pat Robertson, the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) and its Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow quickly established themselves as key players in the right-wing movement, litigating a variety of cases at all levels, including the Supreme Court. The ACLJ has been particularly active in fighting marriage equality and defending the Pledge of Allegiance, while Sekulow has maintained very close ties to the Bush White House and played a central role in pushing for the confirmation of Supreme Court Justices Roberts and Alito.

http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/american-center-law-justice%20

Here's a little more background on ACLJ:

From Better Business Bureau Alliance, that apparently received an application from ACLJ and were denied based on violations of 10 standards:

American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) does not meet the following 10 Standards for Charity Accountability

http://www.bbb.org/charity-reviews/national/law-and-public-interest/american-center-for-law-and-justice-in-washington-dc-1395

Here's a little background on Jay Sekulow:

Back in the 1980s, Jay Sekulow's career was in shambles. His Atlanta-based law firm had failed, leaving him millions in debt and bankrupt.

Sekulow's client, San Franscisco-based Jews for Jesus, was locked in a legal dispute with commissioners at the Los Angeles airport. The group wanted to hand out religious literature there. Airport officials said no. Sekulow argued the commission's actions violated the First Amendment.

The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 in Jews for Jesus' favor, a victory that launched Sekulow's new calling as a crusader for Christians who believed their legal rights were being threatened.

Jay Sekulow Live — a call-in radio show — draws millions of listeners. He's a regular commentator on Fox News and splits his time living between Franklin, Tenn., and the Washington, D.C., area. Attorneys from his two charities are suing to rescind national health care reform and to block the proposed mosque near ground zero.

Along with its spiritual benefits, Sekulow's new calling has come with significant financial benefits. Since 1998, the two charities have paid out more than $33 million to members of Sekulow's family and businesses they own or co-own, according to the charities' federal tax returns.

One of the charities is controlled by the Sekulow family — tax documents show that all four of CASE's board members are Sekulows and another is an officer — an arrangement criticized by a nonprofit watchdog group.

http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/news/religion/story/2011-09-05/Tenn-lawyers-family-firm-collect-millions-from-charities/50259614/1

But there is another side to Jay Sekulow, one that, until now, has been obscured from the public. It is the Jay Sekulow who, through the ACLJ and a string of interconnected nonprofit and for-profit entities, has built a financial empire that generates millions of dollars a year and supports a lavish lifestyle -- complete with multiple homes, chauffeur-driven cars, and a private jet that he once used to ferry Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

That less-known side of Sekulow was revealed in several interviews with former associates of his and in hundreds of pages of court and tax documents reviewed by Legal Times. Critics say Sekulow's lifestyle is at odds with his role as the head of a charitable organization that solicits small donations for legal work in God's name.

For example, in 2001 one of Sekulow's nonprofit organizations paid a total of $2,374,833 to purchase two homes used primarily by Sekulow and his wife. The same nonprofit also subsidized a third home he uses in North Carolina.

At various times in recent years, Sekulow's wife, brother, sister-in-law, and two sons have been on the boards or payrolls of organizations under his control or have received generous payments as contractors. Sekulow's brother Gary is the chief financial officer of both nonprofit organizations that fund his activities, a fact that detractors say diminishes accountability for his spending.

According to documents filed with the Internal Revenue Service, funds from his nonprofits have also been used to lease a private jet from companies under his family's control. And two years ago, Sekulow outsourced his own legal services from the ACLJ, shifting from a position with a publicly disclosed salary to that of a private contractor that requires no public disclosure. He acknowledged to Legal Times that his salary from that arrangement is "above $600,000" a year.

Sekulow's financial dealings deeply trouble some of the people who have worked for him, leading several to speak with Legal Times during the past six months about their concerns -- before Sekulow assumed his high-profile role promoting President George W. Bush's Supreme Court nominees.

A Treasury Department watchdog has launched an investigation into whether the Obama administration improperly snooped around the tax records of the mega-conglomerate that has poured millions into Republican campaigns.

J. Russell George, Treasury's inspector general for tax administration, wrote in a brief letter Sept. 28 to Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, that he will launch a "review" of the allegation at the request of Grassley and six other Republican senators. J. Russell George is a George W. Bush appointee.

President Obama publicly called out the Koch-funded Americans for Prosperity at an early August fundraiser in Texas -- that incident, in turn, helped fuel suspicion after an administration official was quoted later in the month speaking in unusual detail about Koch finances.

Coinciding with the release of a report on corporate tax reform, the official was quoted saying Koch, described as a "really giant firm," was set up as a pass-through company -- in other words, a company structured to escape corporate taxes by allowing income to flow directly through it.

Campaign finance records at the Federal Election Commission show the firm's political action committee, KochPAC, contributed about $8 million over the past decade, with much of that money going to the campaigns of top Republicans on Capitol Hill.

And finally, there's this little nugget. Is ALEC behind all of this? Has Steven Miller, the acting IRS chief making headway on the investigations of ALEC?:

Running Scared: ALEC Anticipating an IRS Audit?

The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) appears to be anticipating an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) audit, after multiple complaints challenging the corporate bill mill's charitable status, based on documents recently obtained by Bloomberg News.

According to internal ALEC documents, the organization has discussed forming a nonprofit organized under Section 501(c)(4) of the tax code, apparently in anticipation of the IRS revoking ALEC's current "charitable" status. Charities (which are organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the tax code) as well as nonprofits are tax exempt, but ALEC's charitable status had allowed its corporate members to write-off their ALEC membership dues and costs as tax-deductible charitable contributions.

ALEC's charitable status has been challenged in multiple IRS complaints in the past year -- and despite publicly dismissing the allegations as "patently false" and "ignor[ing] applicable law," behind the scenes, ALEC's leadership apparently recognizes their vulnerability.

ALEC Executive Director Ron Scheberle discussed forming a 501(c)(4) called ALEC NOW in an August memo, claiming that if a 501(c)(4) were “operating fully prior to an IRS audit,” the agency might allow the newly-formed (c)(4) to continue operating and take over activities impermissible for a (c)(3) charity.

ALEC is now grasping at straws, said Nick Surgey of Common Cause, which has challenged ALEC's charitable status. This leaked memo exposes a desperate attempt to find a "get out of jail free card" before an inevitable full-scale IRS audit.
