In fact, I waited more than 10 minutes, it is too late as a soba shop. Taste of tempura and soba noodle are quite great, but totally soba noodle is too much into the bowl. off course this fact customers may feel happy, but I did not enjoyed so much, because broth is less into the bowl, compared with other soba shop. I ate soba with templa for a breakfast at kanda on the way to go to the workplace at morning. Today, I arrived at the shop, 8:30 AM. There are 10 seats in this shop, but already seat were neally full, so that I felt lucky. This fact implies the shop is very popular in kanda (this shop also has a shop in front of kanda station, that may be full.) Although templa was a little bit hard because of pasting time after flying, but hardness of soba condition after boiling and flavour from the soup was fantastic! I really apriciated. In addition, the shop staff worked harder in an efficient manner. The shop name is negidon.There are many soba stand in Tokyo, that is both franchise shop and non-franshise shop (mainly family business).Sometimes I went to soba stand. Generally I eat soba or udon with a temper and a row egg. But recently I try to lose weight so that I try not to eat fried foods (like temper, katu) too much. So The number of going to soba stand decrease.I haven't eat soba with a temper and a row egg for long time. Yesterday,I wake up at 11 AM. (Too late). And yesterday I scheduled to eat dinner with relatives from 5 PM!! So that I need not to eat lunch too much, otherwise, I can not enjoy dinner completely. I decided to eat light meal (for me). In this soba shop, shop staff flies a temper after customers order. generally in such style of shops, tempers are already flied and flied food is piled up on the large saucer for tempers. This means that custmers can appreciate fresh temper with aroma of sesame oil every time in spite of soba stand (not expensice food shop). It is fantasitic! This shop is very famous to soba stand lovers in Tokyo. If you have opportunities, I reccomend to visit.Customers can order soba (or udon) by tickets from auto ticket vending machine, so that it is no proble if you can not speak Japanese.
