Un competidor de UFC o similares competencias, no sé cuantas veces pelea al año pero sus combates si son extremos, pueden durar de 5 a 15 minutos (depende los reglamentos, etc)

Siempre se considera que para estar bien entrenado hay que prepararse para largos combates de muchos rounds y de mucha exigencia.

Pero la cuestión es que en la vida real, los ataques reales son menos de 60 segundos cuando muchas veces no hay ni siquiera enfrentamientos. Miren este video hecho por la BBC de Londres.
