Laura Lanosa : Someone asked me if I like to file, and I do...(both electronic and physical hardcopy..:) It fills my need to organize and yes, I can get OCD. I even daydream when I'm filing (don't ask me how, because I don't quite understand how I do that). Database management has the same concept as picking fruit when I was a kid- you have to make sure you put it in the right table and row, the same landscape, rows of fruit = money = data!. I know, blah, blah, blah, I'm going to sleep now!

Steve Burcham : I have never been very happy in life. I have thought bad thoughts about that so many times it's not even funny. I know I am different than most people. People say I am hard to talk to and that I am cold and heartless. I have a touch of OCD on top of that. I don't feel empathy for people. The product of peoples lives are usually the result of their decisions.

But anyway, 10 years ago I met someone that changed the way I looked at life. I was really happy and actually looked forward to waking up in the morning. That person walked out a short time after because she "couldn't handle a relationship right now." I realized then that I was destined to grow old alone. She married a little after to a person than literally robbed her of all her worldly possessions, dignity, self esteem, freedom, and drug her down to the depths of hell. Why do people pass on the ones that treat them well and hook up with these losers. I have a lot to offer and will take nothing in return. Do people feed off of the drama or do they need the misery to define their reality? I am quirky but good at heart. What the fuck.

My life was energized again recently by that same person who brought hope back into my life only to walk out again for the same reason. There won't be a 3rd opportunity for this person. I will grow old alone, I have no doubt about that. I accept it as my fate. There will be people who pass through the night I am sure but I will not find that happiness again. I apologize for this post if you read it, but it is something i needed to get off my chest to move forward. Time to "suck it up buttercup." I hope my children bring the future grand kids by often.

Everybody has OCD in their lives nowadays.... I say this not because their rooms are squeaky clean, not because they arrange their clothes in order of wearing them for the week, also not because they can't tolerate a single speck of dust on their bikes... But because they have laptops and smartphones which they guard with their lives... (If anybody is not there in the above mentioned categories that is so because OCD has many symptoms, and I, myself am very particular about the way i type and speak... Also a proud owner of a samsung smartphone which i am totally protective of...)

TintuMon - I once walked half a km from home and then came back just to check if I had locked the door properly even though I was sure that I had locked it. This happened around 7-8 years back.

Heart's Desire Antiques : Kitchen has successfully had 2 cupboards and a row of drawers removed .... At 6:30 this morning I started the downsizing .... Low and behold - it all still fits / and after the redo I much prefer where everything is and may even have a little space left .... CLUTTER BE GONE !!! the humongo- old big screen TV has successfully be taken out - along with the furniture ... Carpet and padding -- new carpet just went in the door and is being layed .... Then POOF ( I will cross my arms and link). And it will all be finished .... Not quite - but close ;). LOVE IT when I can clean and accomplish something all at the same time .... IM in OCD HEAVEN today .... Lol. But since I'm bi-polar too ..... It will only be for a little while ---- lol

I am definitely ODD "The manual identifies a new mental illness called “oppositional defiant disorder” or ODD. Defined as an “ongoing pattern of disobedient, hostile and defiant behavior,” symptoms include questioning authority, negativity, defiance, argumentativeness, and being easily annoyed." I remarked 'can I get disability?' but as my friend said 'nah, they want to sell you PILLS. This is actually 3 years old and I remember posting it in the other Sunny life.. but I think we need some reminder of the way we are all being 'diagnosed' IN OPEN LOVING COMMUNITY the energies of the ADD's and the ODD's and the SAD's would all be healed by finding their gifts and using their difference to the benefit of all! Aimee Wheeler : We are staying at a ranch in Ashland which of course the kids love. They immediately took on the job of ranch hands feeding the chickens and collecting eggs. Jack is an expert chicken catcher in just one day. We are all loving the animals. The OCD person in me is not so much loving the never ending amount of chicken poop though. I soooo want chickens for fresh eggs but I sooooo don't want their poop in my life.
