Chris Stone Chris Stone : **R.I.P Britain**

There comes a point when the rough gets to much, when we have to say you know what? Enough is enough, listen.

A man walks down the street in his country he's innocent, blissfully unaware he's to be killed because he's a British citizen, his two year old son is missin his daddy, he misses cuddling and kissing him, the country is in uproar and patience is runnin thin. But in the end it's the child that truly suffers, left alone no daddy just a child and it's mother, soldiers cryin tears 'cause they just lost a brother, why so much destruction why so much bother? Islamic extremists chant Britain go to hell, but we get arrested for shouting rag'ead you smell, if everybody's the same and everybody's equal, then why are lives torn apart by these preachers that calls themselves people, it's wrong that we have to fight for the right to say what we like when human rights laws say we can, sharia law should banned, my gramps fought for this land, but now it's wrong to hold ya head high and stand, from an empire to a country, and from a country to an island, this isn't right it's supposed to be Britain, I can't say it's great 'cause it's not, Winston Churchill lookin down thinking thanks a lot, he fought for our country and beliefs, one day I'll lay a reef, for the country that had the spirit of a beast, you were forced to take more than you could handle Rest In Piece xxxx

Thelma Bowles Thelma Bowles : More Energy!!

Hi, my name is Linda and I am 62 years old. I started using Diatomacious Earth after a physic told me I should get rid of the parasites in my body. I was feeling tired and run down all the time and I was looking for something to give me a little more "pep". Well, let me tell you, I found it! After only 2 and 1/2 months of taking DE, I now feel like I did at 25! I work a second shift job and have been laid off several times in the last 10 years. Every time I returned to work, it got harder to re-adjust to the job and I felt run down all the time. Now I feel like a "spring-chicken" and can do anything a younger person can do. Also, a few years ago I experienced a torn cartilage in my right knee and that has been painful for several years. Today I am pain free and I credit that to DE also.. My first order was for 4 jars of DE, which I shared with a few of my friends and my Children. If I find something that helps me, I try to share the gift with anyone who will listen. One of my friends used DE to rid her house and cat of fleas. My grown children have celiac disease and DE has helped to clean their intestines and start the healing. The only actual cure for Celiac is a wheat free diet but the disease does do damage to your intestines, they both feel that DE has made an improvement in their digestion. So I just placed my second order for DE, a 10 pound bag this time. And I will continue to share the news with as many of my friends and relatives that are interested in feeling better. Thank you, Linda

Lediana Stillo Lediana Stillo : To touch music, means to touch nature. To touch nature means to play the harp of the wind. To play the harp of the wind means to live as Marsyas the lyre. If in this state we need to face the angry of Apollo, which means that we, as Marsyas should be shred to the air. Which means that when we listen to the music we need to reach the universe where it belongs to. Our unconsciousness vibrate to this universe, that's why we can not stay without music; that's why we write poetry, as the only way who can make us reach the music of nature.

Viviana Carson Viviana Carson : I'm not okay
I'm not okay
I'm not okay
You wear me out

What will it take to show you that it's not the life it seems?
(I'm not okay)
I've told you time and time again you sing the words but don't know what it means
(I'm not okay)
To be a joke and look, another line without a hook
I held you close as we both shook for the last time take a good hard look!

I'm not okay
I'm not okay
I'm not okay
You wear me out

Forget about the dirty looks
The photographs your boyfriend took
You said you read me like a book, but the pages all are torn and frayed

I'm okay
I'm okay!
I'm okay, now
(I'm okay, now)

But you really need to listen to me
Because I'm telling you the truth
I mean this, I'm okay!

My youngest daughter shared this with me the other night and I could barely finish watching it.
Watching this video helps me to better understand how so many of our young adults bought the whole "hope and change' nonsense. White guilt explained....

Tamandra Michaels Tamandra Michaels : Well. Justice is on the right track with helping me at the grocery store. He was in a mood, maybe the power of squeeze cheez, but really, reaaaallly silly. He grabbed the mushroom bag off my lap and took a shark like chunk out of it, then the carrots, which had the tops dangling oh-so enticingly out. One carrot has teeth marks all in it, so I guess that one's going to the lizard :P

New tactic with the barkbiting outbursts. Having that mommy "I mean it" face with a verbal correction. It actually worked, he looked at me like "oh" and behaved himself :)

Lauren Eisman Lauren Eisman : Some serious action needs to take place. I just discovered that my mother has been prescribed 12 different medications by two different doctors. I went over each one of them and read that each have specific interactions with other specific medications, and guess what? They are all interacting with one another and causing every single side effect each of the meds WARN about!! Her bruising, hair loss and balance issues, are all major side effects and WARNINGS that her body is a freaking chemical playground turning on itself!!
As we know, these docs get kick backs for some of the medications they prescribe. My mother is on 5 of the most prescribed drugs in the US. They did not ONCE inquire as to my mothers diet during the past 5 years of such heavy dosing.....
I cannot wait to call her physicians on Tuesday. I cannot wait to listen patiently as they try to weasel their ways out of admitting they have wrongly prescribe my mother a closet full of unnecessary medications.
Medications that have made her the broken down women I saw step off the plane.

However, we are already off one medication. 1 down 11 to go.
Baby steps. Also, getting off of some medications MUST be done correctly, slowly.
So I implore all of you to take care of one another and especially yourselves. It is my feeling that over 80% of doctors now a days do not sincerely care about our healing as a whole. They literally get paid to give us drugs.

All is awesome. We got this.

I bet the Cowboys can get 100,000 fans before the Giants I bet the Cowboys can get 100,000 fans before the Giants : Last summer Barry Church was a revelation. He was so good in the first week of training camp that the Cowboys said goodbye to veteran Brodney Pool without a hesitation. It did not help Pool that he failed the conditioning test, but Church was the reason the Cowboys did not give Pool a long second chance. Three games into the season, however, Church suffered a torn Achilles and the Cowboys were left to play fill-ins the rest of the year. “Words couldn’t even describe it,” Church said. “I took three years just to get the starting job and then after three weeks it was gone like that. It was a very hard time for me, but I had a lot of family members and teammates have my back, so the recovery process was faster than I thought it would be.” Church was cleared for full offseason activities last week but he was taking part in the same workouts as his other teammates anyway. How much do the Cowboys believe in him? They waited until the fourth round to add a safety in J.J. Wilcox, though they had serious interest in Kenny Vaccaro, who was drafted by New Orleans two spots before the Cowboys picked. In free agency, they added veteran Will Allen, but he is here more for Matt Johnson’s development than Church’s. “I definitely feel like the job’s mine to lose and I don’t plan on losing it,” Church said. - ESPN Dallas

Bring Me The Horizon Sucks Bring Me The Horizon Sucks : Seems to me more and more metalheads have begun policing everyone around on what opinions to have, and which ones make you a "poser", and they seem to take trivial, absolutely inconsequential things far too seriously, and it has been getting on my nerves for the longest time, and I've spoken about this many times before. If you are unfamiliar with the "rules" and the "list of requirements" that these Jagaloons have constructed, here are some examples of these "rules", I've only named a few, because if I were to name them all, we would be here all day:
-If you say Cannibal Corpse is overrated, you should expect to be torn apart by a mob of angry metalheads...
-If you say Varg Vikernes memes are unfunny and overused, you should expect that BM elitists will bitch at you for being so "untrue"
-If you listen to 1 metalcore band, you are REQUIRED to listen to at LEAST 30 "true" metal bands (Honestly, I hate the term "true metal", but that's another rant for another day)...

I honestly believe that if this ideology of metal being this "super tight regime of superior order", then metal is in grave danger.

Ruth N Clint Sissom Ruth N Clint Sissom : Family life.
Splitting Headache
"For I hate divorce," says the LORD, the God of Israel.
Malachi 2:16

This poem was written by Jen Abbas, then an 18-year-old child of divorce. I've arranged it a little differently on this page than it appears in her book, Generation EX, to make it fit. Its message is too important to allow form to quiet its voice. Listen to "The Eruption."

Divorce is like a trembling earthquake,
The world shakes, rumbling with rage,
And all the anger, guilt, and frustrations
That have been festering for so long below the surface
Suddenly spew upward in an inferno of hate or apathy.
At times the earth calms and you think the turmoil is over,
Settled, stable, but then the cycle begins again,
Repeating, repeating, repeating.
You are weary, you want to rest,
And that is when you realize the shaking has stopped,
But there is an eerie feeling lurking in the air.
You are hesitant to believe anything anymore,
You are so tired after struggling for so long,
And so you rest on the one solid patch of land,
Only to watch it split in two,
Two separate, distinct parts that will never come together again.
Each new patch supports part of you,
And as you watch, they pull away.

This is the type of poem that breaks my heart because it represents so many children who are torn apart by divorce. No matter what you are experiencing in your marriage, and no matter how tough it is, just remember the impact that staying together will have on your children.

Discuss
Promise each other that this will never be the heart's cry of your children. Talk about who you should consider sending this poem to right now.

Pray
Pray for the children of divorce today, who are struggling to be loved and to belong. Pray for a friend who is moving toward a split.

This man thought me every thing that I needed to know but never really listen un till he had to go. He gave me love he touched my life Its all over now He no longer has to fight He tried to teach me Right for wrong The day he left I wasn't that strong. He is gone now It is hard to believe This man is my dad Who I will never see But I will see him again This I know The day will come When its time for me to go so, I'll hold him dear And close to my heart Cause the day we meet I know we'll never be torn

'Believe while others are doubting. Plan while others are playing. Decide while others are delaying. Prepare while others are daydreaming. Begin while others are procrastinating.

Work while others are wishing. Save while others are wasting. Listen while others are talking. Smile while others are frowning. Persist while others are quitting.'

To win in life requires three things:

1) You must start. That may seem obvious, but many of us are stuck in the starting blocks waiting for something to get us going. What has God called and equipped you to do? Step out and do it, and He will empower you!

2) You must give it your all. Divers in the Olympics don't save all their effort for their final dive. They concentrate on nailing every single one, increasing their chances for a gold medal. Don't settle for mediocrity at any stage of life (Philippians 3:14).

3) You must never quit. In the 1992 Olympics, Derek Redmond of Britain was competing in the 400 metre race when he suffered a torn hamstring and fell. As the other runners breezed past him, he began to struggle to his feet.

His father, whose face was covered with tears, suddenly ran down from the stands to help him up. Slowly, agonizingly, they made their way around the rest of the track and crossed the finish line as the stadium in Seoul burst into thunderous applause.
Redmond didn't win a medal, but he won something more important-the respect of the world. The Bible says, 'Run in such a way as to get the prize.'

Do not ask God to give u anything..ask God to show u what He has given u

Do not ask God for that kind of issue....ask God to show u the kind of issue He has provided for u

God is not shortsighted to send u to the world without a provision in ur name

Craig Harmann Craig Harmann : Just heard a great interview with Francis Chan and David Platt on the Relevant Podcast, which I listen to weekly. What resonated with me that they both touched on is taking that time to rest. Those of you in church work, especially with kids, what do you to take that time to rest, whether that's physically, spiritually, or emotionally? I know I need all 3, just not quite sure exactly what to do, and how best to not feel guilty about it.

Justine Runs-With Scissors Justine Runs-With Scissors : Okay, I am taking a poll~
There is a teacher... a child's teacher, who has been doing things I see as unquestionable (yes, I am being a bit vague to protect the child and the teacher, at this point in time). The child... and the child's friends, have come to me on SEVERAL occasions with the issues. Here are a few of the issues~ the teacher has called one student "a cry baby" in front of the class because the student cried after being hit in the face with a volleyball, a student accuse teacjer of putting teacher's hands on this student (dragging/pushing student out of the classroom after student flipped teacher off... the student does this often, apparently), the teacher has put students on blast in front of the class (making some cry) on several occasions, this teacher told another student that the student was going to be moved to a badly performing school because this student is a "trouble maker" (this student has not been in ANY trouble for over a month, and this student's "trouble" is usually not paying attention in class or making things instead of doing classwork- could be an ADD issue, maybe?)... the student cried for over an hour in class begging not to be moved at the end of the year. The list goes on and on, but this "poll" is already too long. My question is~ I am a teacher and find this behavior offensive, unprofessional, and inexcusable, but, as none of these things have happened DIRECTLY to the child I am most concerned with, do I stay out of it? I want to say something because this child is being affected in a negative way, but I just don't know if I have a legal right to say anything. I am TORN!!!!

50 to 100 millimetres of rain expected by Sunday morning.

This is a warning that significant rainfall is expected or occurring in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..listen for updated statements.

A weather system stretching from the Eastern Seaboard to Atlantic Canada will stall over the Maritimes during the weekend. Moisture of tropical origin will wrap around this feature and produce general rainfall amounts of 50 to 75 millimetres across much of the province by Sunday morning. Over the Fundy region where the heaviest rain is expected amounts may exceed 100 millimetres. The rain will likely persist for the rest of the weekend however lesser amounts are expected on Sunday.

Life through quotations. Life through quotations. : “I’m always torn between wanting to tell my story to everyone to let them know exactly what is in my head and keeping it to myself. The problem is being unhappy and consistently so pushes people away, no matter if they say they’re always there to listen there is only so much even your best friends can listen too. On the other hand, to pretend everything is fine is to poison yourself from the inside out; it is to ignore who you are and lose yourself. So which is better – to have friends that think you are melodramatic, attention seeking and pessimistic or to drown in your own mind?”

Sal Costa Sal Costa : #ThoughtOfTheDay: You have to be the lowest of the low to take an innocent animal and spend your days teaching it to only live to fight another animal until the death. Pit fighting dogs is an underground epidemic and it's getting out of control. Aside from the brutality of the ring, many of the losing dogs are covered in gasoline and set on fire in front of all the spectators. This is the "owners" way of showing shame for his dog.

The punishment for these types of people are laughable. They end up free to do it again. I may lose a few followers here by saying this, but so be it, this is the truth and I'm going to say it... People like Michael Vick who have murdered and executed many dogs experience comical sentences and charges. What kind of message does this give or young people? It tells them that an animal doesn't mean f*ck all. Even if you execute a bunch of them, at best you might be in prison for a year or two, if at all. And then our governments have the NERVE to impose Breed Specific Bans and punish the poor animals even more, and also punish the people who give them true loving homes. Talk about justice.

Animals don't have voices. But I do. And so do you. And you can be sure that I'm gunna use mine and put an end to this shit.

I've been in contact with some government officials and I am doing my best to make a change. Fight for the under dog.

Please help me and SHARE this post.

Thank you,
