Some people found me on the streets as a stray and they tried to find me a home but could not and they could not keep me any longer as they already had a few dogs. So here I am at the shelter now, hoping that the nice people here can find me a great home. I am a young boy who loves people, but I can also be a bit bashful too. I like the other dogs and would love to have a place to play and run all about. I am hoping for a great home soon

The Heavyweight Runner : Wow. I feel like I just survived Christmas at a mall. Note to self: anywhere near Disney Memorial Day weekend is a HORRIBLE plan. Traffic has been a mess, missed the movie because it took so long to get here, and just walking around in wall to wall people was exhausting. BUT, there was so much great live music to hear and delicious food, not to mention time with Eric just mulling around the shops!! Time with my boo is totally worth the craziness! Back to when I was 6-8-10-12 years old. Most kids were choosing a crayon color. I was choosing a caliber or gauge, and Loved it ! Horseback, motorcycle or tractor ? Nights like this, longer days and fresh rain. Leaves and pine-needles don't crunch underfoot during or after a rainfall, no I wouldn't hunt in the spring. I miss these "walks", yes with a firearm.

Darren Chaves : Today was a great day!! The hike was amazing and Kimberly Chaves even got in some shopping. We finished it up with an incredible dinner at the Old Mill restaurant. I love it here in the Smokey Mountains!!! I am even more excited to get to Myrtle Beach tomorrow!!!

Grey Eagle : Just a reminder, tomorrow is the Flags of the Fallen Warriors event we have every year down in Archer Fl. I will be leaving at "Oh My God It's Too Early Thirty" in the morning to get there. So I will not be on here till late tomorrow. I should have a bunch of pics to post like all my previous Archer albums. Y'all please pray for me, this is the first road trip since the van was fixed. I got 4 fair tires on the ground and a decent spare. A tank full of gas, and 5 gas cans, 2 1/2 gallons each, full of gas, no money and my AAA expired, but I am going no matter what. All who can make it, it starts at noon EST, and I will see ya there!!!

Casey Holley : Despite the normal insanity that is a daily occurrence around here, today was a seemingly peaceful day. Washed more clothes by hand (have I mentioned how much I enjoy doing that....it seems so natural....taking care of my family the old fashion way) while Mikey and Mya watched. The munchkins were a little on the wild side, but they settled down nicely for some educational stories before bedtime. Even got some extra snuggle time with Nicholas. Yes, it was an overall peaceful day. PRAISE GOD FOR THE SIMPLE DAYS THAT MAKE THE TRULY INSANE DAYS SEEM MUCH MORE TOLERABLE!!!

Slender Man : One day at a shopping mall in the afternoon, a woman was coming out of the mall from a shopping spree. She was in a happy mood. She had gotten to her car and loaded her stuff that she had bought into her trunk. When she was done loading, she shut the door of her trunk and she saw an old lady standing by the passenger side of her car.

The old woman said “Would you be a darling and give me a lift home? I don’t have a car and I was walking all day.” The woman said “I’d be happy to.” So she unlocked the door for the old woman.

As she started to make her way around the car to the driver’s side, she started to feel uncomfortable. So when she got in the car, she looked in her purse and said “Darn, I can’t find my credit card. I’m going inside to see if anybody found it.” The old woman said “I’ll wait for you here.”

The woman left to go look for help. Then she found a security guard and told him the situation. They went back to the woman’s car and the passenger door was wide open. On the seat of the car was a shopping bag that the old woman had been carrying. Inside of the bag was the old woman’s dress and a gray haired wig, along with a huge butcher’s knife, a video camera, and a roll of duct tape.

Pam Christensen : My prayers and thoughts go out to the Lein family. I worked with his sister in KDG and so I really got to know Landon and his parents. Never forget the day RC brought Landon home. It has been 4 years since I had seen Landon and here he just became good friends with RC. He looked at me and i looked at him and we knew who we each were. He was a 6th grader when I worked at Carlos school. He helped RC paint my kitchen the high spots because i was too scared. He will be missed by alot of people. RC and him were close and I think it hit him hard. I lost 5 good friends my senior year and its hard. god bless them.

Sharlet South : Nice day & more sun--face is really red now! Drove over to see the riverboat & it's such a pretty area. Had a late lunch there at Calhoun's...VERY NICE!..came back & got the Chippster and went over on Hickory Valley Road to see my brother & sister-in-law,Jackie & Lucy.
Before that, I talked to Cuzns Steve & Tim and saw Kathy at a rummage sale she was having to raise money for a member of her church.
AND I saw Carl & Kathy--he's Mamma's youngest brother...I saw all 3 of my nephews & my great nephew and my "little ugly girl" niece..that is not little anymore--not chunky either..(shhhh--she's really cute,but don't tell her that I said that..:) all & all--a busy day--but nice to be here--if I ever go missing-ya might check in this area before anybody files a report...

Jeff Epoch : so i'm parking my car, and i tap this girl's bumper. our license plates barely touch. i backed up, parked, checked, and there wasnt a scratch on my truck (her bumper is already really beat up, all over the place, no red paint on it, though.)

so, no harm, no foul. i start heading in to get some food, and she comes running out wit two dudes "Yo bro, did you hit her car?" "Yes, but just slightly, no damage or anything, here, I'll show you."

I show her that there was no further damage to her bumper than was already there. she says "Oh, okay. Just next time, maybe go and look for the person whose car you hit." I apologize a few times, and continue on.

As i'm eating, the police come in to the restaurant, and ask if i had been in a fender bender. since i couldnt even call this a fender bender, I said no and continue eating.

Well, i go out to my truck and there they are hitting me with ticket for leaving the scene of an accident, careless driving and failure to report an accident.
