Shaneé Cuevas : Tv and Internet in Fayetteville sucks... So I had directv and their customer service sucks. And we all know how awful Time Warner is. We can't get dish network and I heard that too is bad. So I was looking at Century Link's PrismTV...lord and they have 1 out of 5stars. What do you have to do to get great quality, good customer service and a price that won't send you to the poor house? Anyone have any advice or reviews?

Mike N Courtney Bennett : I find it amusing that when you call Time Warner Cable and threaten to switch to Direct Tv because of Time Warner's pricing that they suddenly have a promotion for you to lower your bill. Im saving $15 per month now and getting more channels including HBO and Cinemax and that still includes my internet! Wow....everyone should try this!! That's why they call me Frugal Franny!!!

Nena Rubio : Así cómo cuando recibimos un pésimo servicio lo primero q hacemos es postear como método de queja e indignación, pues también creo q se debe postear cuando se recibe un buen servicio, así q ahí va!
A un día de mi instalación de directv, estoy mas q satisfecha con su servicio, los vendedores tanto del call center como de la isla fueron amables, educados, pacientes y explicaron y respondieron todo lo que les pedía. Por otro lado, el servicio técnico creo q fue aún mejor q el de ventas! El chico llego PUNTUAL, nos explico a las dos como funciona el sistema, instalo incluso las canaletas desde cero, y hasta me ayudo a dejar instalando el DVD y a esconder los cables de todo para q se vea bonito en el mueble, algo q ni le corresponde a su trabajo! Después de ser cliente de Tv cable por más de 10 años, es refrescante toparme con el servicio de directv! Excelente servicio al cliente!
