Repeal It Now : ObamaCare made illegal: The South Carolina House has passed legislation that declares ObamaCare to be "null and void" in South Carolina! It authorizes the state AG to stop any who try to implement "such unconstitutional laws" with civil and criminal penalties. The legislation now goes to the State Senate. And now Oklahoma has company suing the IRS for establishing penalties in states that refuse to set up healthcare exchanges. Plaintiffs from Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia argue, like Oklahoma, that the legislation clearly applies only to state-established exchanges (only 18 states so far). “The IRS cannot rewrite the law that Congress passed,” they say. We agree.

The Government is taking your rights a little at a time : President Barack Obama: Sharanda Jones does not deserve to die in prison So you think you cant be railroaded in our Judicial system? this woman was found guilty of "Conspiracy to distribute cocaine base (crack cocaine)" and then was sentenced to Life in prison without the possibility of parole. Seriously folks? its a non violent first time offense!! This is where common sense has left this country. Our legal system is supposed to allow room for common sense judgement by its courts. This is not common sense. People are ridiculous.

Growing up, the worst cases were armed robberies; even contracted assasinations "hired killers" were minimal! Nowadays, all foreign terms like "militants", "terrorists", "extremists", "unknown gunmen", "herdsmen", "ethnic militias" etc exist. You just have to give it up to "Naija" that "whatever (crime) is worth doing (commiting) at all, is worth doing well (extreme)"! Nigeria has now combined the criminal acts/atrocicities of all nations put together! Hardly is there any part of this country that's not boiling presently. All you read or hear in the news these days are just casualties. I dread putting on the TV or checking the social media; I no longer crave for news because the headlines that will welcome you are nauseating, to say the least. Well, tis said that "no news means good news"! One question that keeps nagging at the back of my mind is: how did Nigeria degenerate into such a chaotic state of brutality and barbarism? Most will say "it's the corruption and injustice that had and are still being perpetrated by our 'leaders'. But, in all honesty, the "followership" of this country is just as terrible! Or even worse! All leaders were once followers. Yet, the followers keep condemning their leaders till they themselves get elevated to join the leadership and that's where the criticisms end! I can rant on and on and on about how messed up the system is, but that will be ovetstating the obvious. What can be done to help save Nigeria, please?

I recently posted an ad on Craig's list I was contacted by a person that sent me a check for 1500.00 for the item I was selling. When I received the check today it was for the amount of 4000.00. When I asked why the check was for so much they informed me that the extra money was to be shipped via western union to the shipper so the item could be picked up and delivered. I got suspicious and took the check to my bank to make sure this check was ligit. I was informed that it was in fact a fake. The bank told me that if I had cashed this check that it would have come back to me and I would be responsible for the 4000.00 and they would have access to all my banking information. I am asking everyone to please like and share this post to make it go viral so this does not happen to you or anyone you know or any hard working Americans. Here is a picture of the check below. Meet Sandra D : It's four in the morning and I just sent a message to my Homeowners Association, Management company and I called the County Police and set up routine patrols, because disruptive behaviors by certain individuals, including drug trafficking has been an frequently recurring problem since I moved into this community almost two years ago. I asked the Association and Management company to address this issue that appears to stem from High School and/or college kids nearby, and possibly older adults in the community as well. Hateful and threatening messages have been written at me to intimidate me. The word B_ _ C H was spray painted on my house. This community was once called one of the best in the county, but foreclosures left homes empty. I bought a remodeled foreclosed house but with it came an element that needs to leave the adjacent tot lot (small children's park) frequently being used for bad behavior. It's causing sleep disturbance and worry, but this too shall past. I'm not one to run from a challenge, or remain silent hoping it will handle itself. I just wish the community was more active in matters that potentially affect us all. I pray for safety and more sleep.

Philip Howard : I don't get people... I get treated like a criminal and I have done nothing wrong. Accused and judged without provocation or logical reason.
My normal response is to say FUCK YOU and walk out... but I have to try rise above it and show that I am nothing like they assume and have judged me to be... besides that.. i have no where to go and no way of getting there.
