Desiree K. Flournoy Desiree K. Flournoy : So people are saying the NBA draft is fixed because the Cavs got the number one pick again which is kinda strange to get the number one pick 2 yrs in a row. I am now hearing its going to lure Lebron to go back to Cleveland. Idk if he would go back especially with Mike Brown being the coach.

Nie no, bez jaj...

Taking offense to Indiana Coach Vogel's comment that "Miami is just another team in the way of their championship." #6 offended that Vogel didn't preface that with "great team." Jason Coggins Jason Coggins : The Grizzlies are a tough team, but I noticed something that was an illustration of what teams like the Spurs do NOT do, but younger teams sometimes do. On the final possession of the 3rd quarter, Memphis took a contested shot, then on the rebound committed a foul, with 3.9 seconds left in the quarter, 90 feet from the Spurs basket, with SA in the bonus. Gave away 2 points to a team on which the 3 best players each have 3 rings with Duncan having 4. Memphis has a good team but the Spurs are tough because they don't give much away.

As for the East, Indiana has what it takes to beat the Heat, but I think they'll probably get sucked into a 3pt contest which they will lose. West should dominate Haslem, but Wade should dominate Hill. Hibbert should have a field day needless to say, but so will LeBron. Miami's bench will probably pull this one out.

Either team loses to San Antonio, I think. The Spurs won't always make 14 3s, to be sure, but Duncan and Ginobili won't always combine for 14 points, either. San Antonio is equally lethal on drive-kicks compared to Miami, and they have the reputation and experience to prevent a parade to the free throw line. Plus they don't have Russell Westbrook playing "point guard."

Marv Black Marv Black : Just watched a basketball clinic just now. The SA Spurs are a well-oiled machine out there. Im sitting here like "Damn, they make the right cuts, passes, and shots on offense and on defense, they have sound rotations, they front the post when they're suppose to and they crowd the right guys" I mean it was picture perfect basketball out there. Guys know their roles, they execute their offense and defense to a tee and they simply dont make mistakes out their or have mental lapses.....like my homey Ralph Grier just said, Gregg Popovich is the best coach in the NBA the last 25 years not named Phil Jackson, bar none......Big ups to the Spurs for playing the game the right way.

Neil Da'Realtor Martin Neil Da'Realtor Martin : I don't care what the so-call basketball experts say, but if you look at the record, look at who they all had, look at how the teams are managed, & look at winning percentage...If Coach Erik Spoelstra & the Miami Heat wins the championship this year, he should go down as one of the greatest coaches as the rest of them....currently 12th of all time in regular season winning %, 3rd of all time in playoff %( #1 of current coaches)...& he would have taken a team to the playoff 5 yrs in a row, 3 out 5 yrs to the ECF & if he goes to the finals, it would be 3 years in a row...That's not easy to do no matter who's on your team

TeeDee Guru Davis TeeDee Guru Davis : Alright Coach Keisha and Heat lovers LaMonica and KeKe Johnson..so here's the deal...the Heat hands down are the best NBA team ever... Not knocking that!!! BUT I'm ready to gamble...D wade and Chalmers will be the linch pin in this series...Why? Hibbler and George...they need to score like they have been, and shut sown the inside...if they keep Bosh contained, make Lebron stay outside and its done... And Stephenson has stepped up!!! Reminds me of another Stephenson (DeShawn) when Dallas whooped Miami...I'm just saying, watch this... I'm not an Indiana fan but them boys is Baaallliiinnn!!! All 5 starters go in double digits damn near every game???? Yesterday Q noticed something that I thought only I saw, the look in them boys eyes....They smell blood!!! Y'all know, I do not like the Heat, but Lebron is not human lol !! Yes! Still have a vendetta against Wade from 2006 with my Mavs...so who is ready to wave that blue and gold (love those colors anyway) let the games begin...y'all bout to be sick!!! Warriors in 6...STAT!

Florida Nation Florida Nation : In his book 'Eleven Rings', Phil Jackson writes about the difference between Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, in terms of leadership:
"One of the biggest differences between the two stars from my perspective was Michael's superior skills as a leader. Though at times he could be hard on his teammates, Michael was masterful at controlling the emotional climate of the team with the power of his presence. Kobe had a long way to go before he could make that claim. He talked a good game, but he'd yet to experience the cold truth of leadership in his bones, as Michael had in his bones."

Jojo Cellona Kintanar Jojo Cellona Kintanar : Rooting for the Grizz to represent the West, but match up wise, I think the Spurs will have a better chance of dethroning the Heat. Parker will be a difficult match up for any of the Heat's guards. LBJ or D.Wade won't quick enough to guard him either. That is NOT to belittle the Pacers' chances, but it's a leap in the dark to suggest otherwise.
