Rentruck Rochdale : Official Belle Vue Speedway Belle Vue boss Jason Attwood is confident the Aces can produce the goods in tomorrow's home match against Lakeside, despite them having two of their usual seven-man squad missing.

Slovenian superstar Matej Zagar and skipper Ales Dryml will be absent from the clash as both are competing in the first SGP Qualifier in Germany that day.

Using the guest facility for both absentees, Attwood swiftly secured the services of Birmingham's Chris Harris in place of Zagar, and former Belle Vue Ace Mark Lemon steps in at reserve for Dryml.

Said Attwood: "Lakeside can be dangerous when they come to Belle Vue, they've had a few good runs here. Hopefully we can show a bit more strength down at reserve, but it's going to be a close meeting especially as we'll be racing without Matej and Ales."

The rest of the Aces remain unchanged. After his crash at Peterborough nearly a month ago, Artur Mroczka has been declared fit to return to action having recovered from badly bruised ribs which kept him out of the saddle for nearly 2 weeks.

Helen Wyckoff : As Mothers Day approaches I realized how proud can parents be. Chris is marrying a wonderful girl, they bought a beautiful home and best of all we gain a new daughter. Thursday he finally finished his college degree. It took six years but he did it. Katelyn bought a beautiful home and is one of the youngest employees in her company to hold her position. They are talking about another promotion for her in the mear future. "Our baby" Kylie received a 3rd scholarship, has a 4.0 GPA this semester working towards a masters in early education. Today she is running a 5k foam fest marathon. Go Kylie go.

I woke up early and realized that the best gift I have ever been given is my three wonderful children and I couldn't be a prouder parent than I am today. Although we argue and disagree about things they are all the most wonderful young adults A parent could ever ask for. They all work very hard and have so much to show for being so young. Thank goodness they are all best friends. So when they ask what I want for Mothers Day I can honestly say I have everything, I have the greatest husband and kids any mom could ask for.
