The dramatic moment police shot the two Woolwich terror suspects has been caught on video.

New footage shows the two men brandishing weapons and charging at officers in a car as they arrive at the scene.

One of the men runs straight at the car as police shout "drop it".

Just inches from the door of the vehicle the man is blown off his feet by a shot from an officer in the back of the car. Two shots ring out.

Officers run from the car to cover him as he lies prone on the ground, his legs are moving.

During his charge, his accomplice runs alongside on the pavement armed with what appears to be a gun, which is pointed at officers.

Four shots are fired by SO19 marksmen and the second man is felled.

A further two shots sound out as the men lie on the ground being tended by officers.

The whole sequence is over in seconds.

In the footage screams can be heard above the helicopter whirring overhead and people can be seen running in panic as

Bob Forsch, born January 13th, 1950, passed away November 3rd, 2011 at the age of 61 due to natural causes. He pitched from 1974 to 1988 with the Cardinals and during the season he was traded and pitched the rest of 1988 and all of 1989 with the Astros before retiring. Forsch, a 26th round pick by the Cardinals, enjoyed a long and productive career, finishing with 168 wins, 133 losses, 1, 133 strikeouts and a career 3.76 ERA. Since the National League allows pitchers to bat, Forsch won two NL Silver slugger Awards in 1980 and 1987. He won NL Championship rings in 1982, 1985 and 1987 and won a World Series Championship Ring in 1982. He also pitched two no hitters in 1978 and 1983. He was one of the better career batters that was a pitcher. Hitting 12 home runs and having a career .300 batting average.

Because the BM is a psychotic stalker, I can't post much on your page. My husband is a recovering alcoholic (1 year, 2 months, 11 days), for the past 6 years, her excuses for not "allowing" us to have visitation have been, my SS could come over as long as we weren't married (though she has never re-married and had boy-friends living with her after knowing them to 2 weeks!), after we got married, my SS couldn't visit as long as my husband had a job (TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT!). Then her brother committed suicide and we weren't allowed to have any guns in the house (even though it was okay for her to keep hers). Then there was to be no smoking or drinking alcohol around our son (she does both, but she's the "custodial parent" and what she says is law). My husband was sober when she made that statement, so it wasn't that big of a deal. BUT...our son was not allowed to visit as long as my husband attended AA meetings. And finally...she says, "he doesn't want to see you and I can't make him." Our last visitation was August 30th last year. We're taking her to court to modify custody on June 10th. God I hope we win. I miss him soooo much! He's 14 now and a hand-full (typical teenager), but I love and adore that young man with all my heart and soul. I was his babysitter for my present husband (before we got together) and have been with this young man since he was 7. Okay, I have to end this letter because I'm starting to cry. Thank you for listening to my rant. :*(

Breastfeeding/Mama Talk : MQ: Okay, my boyfriend (17), son (3wk4days), and I (18) live with his mom (32) and his little sister (10). I do not have a problem with his mom at all, in fact we are really close, but his sister really gets on my nerves. She always asks to hold him, feed him, etc. every second. She'll just come in our room and pick him up off our bed not paying attention to his head or anything. Well she's a spoiled brat and I can't tell her what to do without her crying. So I just tell my boyfriend and he tells her then she cries. But now she's out of school and home for the summer. Well I just caught her kiss my infant son on the lips...I know he's a baby. Kendra Dodson Breitsprecher : Tonight we started making ten gazillion purple ribbon pins. Not sure how that happened--it just did (much as this entire week has been). Realized we couldn't do it ourselves, so started going through my phone. EVERYONE I asked responded. Softball team went to school all day, then practice, then a baseball game, then came here---and, oh yeah, they have to get up predawn tomorrow to volunteer at the special olympics. Emily Clausen left and came back each time, just couldn't stop helping. Mary O'Hearn brought a car load of supplies form Des Moines (including purple clothing to wear tomorrow) and then stayed for HOURS and tied ribbons. Renee Anderson has been here ALL DAY--doing everything from ribbon making to page monitoring to dog duty. Her daughter Paige was here first thing this morning to run the "office"--you know the one that didn't exist three days ago and now is more busy than Grand Central. Audra Fisher, Richard Travis, Nick Dunbar (also known as Nick Seskar apparently--okay, that was a little mean), Angie Lambert, Meredith Davis, Janis Diehl---and too many more to mention. WOWZA. Honored to live in Dayton I am.

The umbrella union of journalists has expressed
concerns over recent remarks from leaders
which it has put the media “under threat”.
Kenya Union of Journalists (KUJ) said remarks
by National Assembly Majority Leader Aden
Duale which were levelled against the media are
very disturbing.
“Such remarks coming right at the dawn of a
new political dispensation brings to the fore
fears that the freedom of the media is under
threat,” said KUJ secretary general Jared Obuya.
He described Mr Duale’s attack on the media as disrespectful, intrusive and a direct affront to the
freedom of the media and the practice of journalism.
“He is setting a very bad precedent and we found his actions highly excessive,” he added.
Mr Duale who is also the Garissa Township MP made remarks that targeted the Nation Media Group
following a cartoon drawing in one of its newspapers.
Mr Obuya, in a press statement, however said that those attempts were reminiscent of the dark past of
media repression and were aimed at undermining media freedom.
He vowed that his union will fight to protect the journalists and their media houses at all times.

Kerry Gilliard : I'm not as disappointed as you'd think. Men in every generation have a certain blindness to sin that seems overt to others. Current generations look back at slavery and wonder 'how did they miss that ?'.

Future generations will look back at the current generation and wonder how we tolerated spiritual authority abuse, made excuses to cover our friends' sins (and it goes well beyond celebrity pastors), said little to nothing against abortion and a host of other things.
