Mugrade Seven : STAR FM'S DJ MUNYA ARRESTED OVER ALLEGATIONS HE MURDERED WIFE'S LOVER

STAR FM disc jockey Munyaradzi Mlimo – more widely known as DJ Munya – has reportedly been arrested following the death of a man alleged to have been having an affair with his wife.

According to the Herald newspaper Mlimo was arrested last Friday and is assisting detectives investigating the death a man only identified as Magorimbo.

Mlimo is said to have confronted Magorimbo who worked with his wife at health insurance firm PSMAS in Harare after suspecting the pair were having an affair.

“A few days later Magorimbo went missing and a report was made to the police. Magorimbo was missing for two days leading to the arrest of DJ Munya on allegations of kidnapping,” a source close to the probe told the newspaper.

Following Mlimo's arrest, Magorimbo was then dumped near his city flat on Saturday. Still conscious, he was rushed to St Anne’s Hospital for treatment.

He however, died Sunday morning and is believed to have been forced to drink a pesticide.
