Curves Ramsgate : Timeline Photos Delicious Chicken Burger with Spicy Mayo. Another great Curves Complete meal that the family will love! Ok... because so many of you asked for it... here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1/8 tsp(s) cumin
1/8 tsp(s) coriander - fresh
1/3 tsp(s) Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp(s) mayo (fat free)
1 tsp(s) oil - olive
1/2 tbsp(s) juice - lemon
1/4 garlic clove(s)
85 grams chicken - ground
1 tbsp(s) onion(s) - medium
1/4 capsicum - red (medium)
1 slice(s) cheese - Cheddar (low fat)
1 hamburger bun(s) - whole wheat
1/2 cup(s) rocket

Directions:
1. Mince garlic. To make spicy mayonnaise, whisk cumin, coriander, paprika, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl.
2. Place chicken in a medium bowl. Mix in a small amount of the mayo. Using damp hands, form chicken into a patty.
3. Heat grill or grill pan. Slice onion and capsicum. Sprinkle burgers with salt and pepper. Grill burgers and vegetables. Grill burgers for 5 minutes per side and vegetables until soft and charred. Add cheese on top of burger and cook until melted.
4. Place burger on bun. Top with grilled capsicum, onions and rocket. Spread mayo on the other side of the bun and enjoy!

Vegie Bunch : Problem - Not allowed to take any plastic packaging and I mean any to a market. Solution? Paper is not practical because as soon as it gets wet/damp it is no good items disappear hitting the ground robustly-especially if you are looking at a quantity of 2kg of Potatoes. Not everyone brings a bag to a market, for me to supply cloth or similar is also not practical as the customer has an assumption of purchasing and being able to have something to take there goods away in, would you be happy to pay $2 for a bag at one stall. Problem compounds because part of my marketing is having produce in convenient trays or bags for the consumer. If you have any practical solutions I would love to know, as I don't think we have been given a fair choice for the 21st century for this particular market - some items are given an exception such as strawberries - why? Strawberries will fit into a paper bag won't they, ahhh! sometimes common sense needs to prevail. Alas, it is still a problem and any practical advice will be well received.

Jeremy Owens : Great night with the Santa Fe gay men's discussion group talking about religion and spirituality today. The participation is amazing. Constantly meeting new folks. I keep meeting people involved in theater and the film industry here which is exciting. I asked the guy who runs the night desk at the church where our group meets about piano usage there. He said the sanctuary one is probably not doable, but there are pianos in other rooms he can let me use in the future. He told me just to drop by!
