My nephew Ian Mathew Poole was admitted to Vanderbilt Pediatric ICU last night by Life-Flight due to bleeding on the brain caused by a beating that took place on the playgrounds of Morgan Elementary School in Paducah, a repeated beating to his head causing emergency life-flight to Vanderbilt, his Mother and Father and handicapped older Brother are with him in ICU, we are asking for prayers for our Family at this time. if the bleeding does not stop soon, he will have to undergo brain surgery, this is caused by a bully who decided to beat a small child senseless, Ian attends Paducah Middle School and is a quiet sweet child just trying to fit in. The school system say's they cannot do anything about it because they have no bullying-laws in place. I want to get this story out there so other Families are aware of this tradegdy. Please pray for Ian. Please keep Ian in your prayers :( 2 hours ago - View -

Mike Huckabee : We need to clean house next November. And when we elect a Republican Senate Majority and a Republican House we need to hold Obama and his administration accountable for Obamacare, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, the IRS and every other bad leadership decision he has made. The buck stops with Obama and it’s time the People remedy all of the wrongs he has done.
If you agree, I hope you will donate $3 or more immediately to Huck PAC. We will help put in place a Republican Senate Majority and keep the House in Republican hands.

Tripp Halstead Updates : Stacy: Just had the best hour ever. I held Tripp and he fell asleep in my arms and his whole body was completely relaxed. I kept kissing the top of his head, smelling his hair and holding his hand. For once, we are the only two at the house. And for a brief second, it felt like before the accident. Just a regular day with Tripp napping in my arms. Sometimes I think my heart will explode with how much I love him. He has had a really good day, so that makes me have a good day. Even though every time I turn on the news I get extremely emotional. I have trouble watching about the tornados thinking about how devastated those people are. So heartbreaking. Tripp and I have said prayers all day. Our hearts go out to them. 8 hours ago - View -
Arias told the jury that killing her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander was the worst thing she has ever done, and that she's still horrified by the violence she is capable of.
"Either way, I'm going to spend the rest of my life in prison. It'll either be shortened or not. If it's shortened, the people who will hurt the most is my family. I'm asking you please, please don't do that to them. I've already hurt them so badly along with so many other people. I want everyone's healing to begin and I want everyone's pain to stop," said Arias.
Arias told the jurors she would never become a mother, but said that despite spending the rest of her life in prison, her life would still have value to society.
"If I get permission, I'd like to implement a recycling program… each week, huge loads of waste are hauled off to landfill. A substantial proportion of that could be kept out of landfill and recycled instead. It may even create new jobs for the people there. This is one small thing that could have a positive and far-reaching impact on the community and planet," said Arias. "I'd like to start a book club or reading group. Something that brings people together in a positive and constructive way so that we can share and recommend other good books and stimulate discussions of a higher nature."
Court has recessed for lunch until 1:15pm in Phoenix. Attorneys for both sides will give their closing arguments this afternoon.

Darren Bonaparte : Jeffrey Jampol's Photos Ray Manzarek, Founding Member of The Doors, Passes Away at 74
Ray Manzarek, keyboardist and founding member of The Doors, passed away today at 12:31PM PT at the RoMed Clinic in Rosenheim, Germany after a lengthy battle with bile duct cancer. He was 74. At the time of his passing, he was surrounded by his wife Dorothy Manzarek, and his brothers Rick and James Manczarek.
Manzarek is best known for his work with The Doors who formed in 1965 when Manzarek had a chance encounter on Venice Beach with poet Jim Morrison. The Doors went on to become one of the most controversial rock acts of the 1960s, selling more than 100-million albums worldwide, and receiving 19 Gold, 14 Platinum and five multi-Platinum albums in the U.S. alone. "L.A.Woman," "Break On Through to the Other Side," "The End," "Hello, I Love You," and "Light My Fire" were just some of the band's iconic and ground-breaking songs. After Morrison's death in 1971, Manzarek went on to become a best-selling author, and a Grammy-nominated recording artist in his own right. In 2002, he revitalized his touring career with Doors' guitarist and long-time collaborator, Robby Krieger.
"I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of my friend and bandmate Ray Manzarek today," said Krieger. "I'm just glad to have been able to have played Doors songs with him for the last decade. Ray was a huge part of my life and I will always miss him."
Manzarek is survived by his wife Dorothy, brothers Rick and James Manczarek, son Pablo Manzarek, Pablo's wife Sharmin and their three children Noah, Apollo and Camille. Funeral arrangements are pending. The family asks that their privacy be respected at this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, please make a memoriam donation in Ray Manzarek's name at www.standup2cancer.org I was going to say something like "two Doors down" but that would be so not cool right now. 14 hours ago - View -
Tom McClintock : The Benghazi hearing testimonies revealed issues of momentous importance -- not only is it essential to understand what happened, why it happened, and who is responsible for it to ensure that it never happens again -- it is also absolutely essential to identify the people who were responsible.
Gary Sennhauser : We had a lot of fun on the dead end. During the summer we would hunt for lightening bugs when it got dark. We played a game called Spot light, which was a hide and seek game using a flashlight. We also played a lot of kick ball! Almost everyonr had a pool,so we went swimming during the summer. and your right Donna! every family had a way of calling their kids in for super. Dad had the loudest whistle! your mom and dad had a bell,"Aunt Gerry" had a loud call, and at 5 o'clock all the kids were called in for dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it wqas great. I remember we had a milkman who delivered milk to you house. everyone had a milk box on the back porch,we would put our empty bottles in the box and they would be replaced by fresh milk. during thr summer we counldn't wait for the "Good Humer" ice cream truck of Mister Softee!!! do you remember the "Grinder Man" who came around in a jeep and sharpened knives and scissors? we had a postman that actually 'walked" his route! I remember going down to Coopers Pond,we called it the "duck pond" and we fed the ducks bread that we brought from home. Every kid on Raum Pl went to see Mrs.Tepper!!! She loved all of us! well gotta go more memories to come stay tuned to Gary's Bergenfield,A Trip Down Memory lane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Bye 16 hours ago - View -
Mike Huckabee : Pundits on the left are already test-marketing an excuse for the IRS targeting conservative groups. They’re arguing that after the Citizens United decision, shady groups that wanted to influence the election unduly were formed as tax-exempt organizations. Since, in their fantasies, all the suspicious ones were conservative, it makes perfect sense that the IRS would give extra scrutiny to groups with conservative terms like “tea party” in their names. Hey, they’re just trying to keep everyone ethical, right?
Well, how, exactly, were they doing that? The Richmond, Virginia, Tea Party can tell you how it was done unto them. They applied for tax exempt status, filled out a form and provided over 500 pages of documents. Then they sat around waiting for two years. Finally, they received a questionnaire from the IRS with 55 more questions. Just little non-intrusive demands, like: name all of your donors, grantors and volunteers. List how much money they gave. Describe, in detail, exactly what you used the money for. List the names of all your board members. Provide the IRS with copies of the parts of your website that only members can access. There were about 50 more, but you get the idea. Like I have said before, firing the IRS chief isn't enough. It is time to abolish the IRS. 17 hours ago - View -
Matthew Johnson : Fun fact: Every time I watch the movie "Spawn" or read the comics, I'm reminded of the time my mom took me to see the movie when I was 8. I felt super cool because I was watching a violent, PG-13 movie, and we totally weren't gonna tell dad. The movie ticket came with a comic I also wasn't supposed to tell dad about 1 day ago - View -
