This month it is the story from California where totally innocent people were shot by police during the manhunt for Christopher Dorner. There is no greater responsibility for a police officer than his/her use of deadly force. If they get that wrong, the less important tasks hardly matter. Alas, there is a tendency for departments to back up questionable conduct–perhaps out of fear of lawsuits. But if the officer did exercise lousy judgment in the incident, and he is not relieved of duty (or charged), what do you say to the next victim?
The runner-up comes from Bozeman, Montana. At first, the complaint was about excessive force by certain officers. Then, in response to that complaint, the police went back and intentionally altered an audio tape–deleting the portions they did not want the judge and jury to hear. If civilians engaged in conduct like that, the government would call it obstruction of justice, spoliation of evidence, and possibly perjury.

Mission Encounters International : I have a lot of opportunity to give to others. Daily there are needs around me and people call my name asking for help in all sort of matters. Money for oil to cook food, gas to make a trip down island, a sandwich, an afternoon, morning, or a day of work. A few limps here or there to make it through. The needs coming to my door seem to never stop. It is hard at times not to feel abused. But then daily I cry out to God to use me, then at the end of the day when all is gone, all is given, and my energy is gone there seem to always be one more request. Those are the hardest to fulfill. I usually want to shout go away. Those are the times that flesh wants to take over and demand my right to be left alone.
I remember my first mission trip. I was in Haiti. I had worked and given all day long. At the end of the day I pulled away from the crowd and walked a dirt path. Feeling like I was wanting to run and hide from such pain and anguish. As I walked alone somewhat running from people and God, my hands hanging from my side a hand gently grabbed on to mine. A girl about 3 years old was walking with me and had grabbed my hand, I was so challenged in my heart at that moment. To give more or run and hide. I grabbed this small child up in my arms held her she smiled big time and I wept. Life I believe for me changed that day. I went from a getter to a giver.

Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle: On 5/16/13 at 10:17 am, Trooper First Class Esnes stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Costley Way in Prince Frederick. The driver, Nathan J. Williams, 46 of Prince Frederick, was arrested for driving with a revoked license. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle he was driving had been taken without the owner’s permission. He was additionally charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

I myself use to have a great respect for this guy but stopped it after watching few of his weird reactions on field against his opponents but still i considered him a great player. He'll miss all the respect, joy, fun love, care of his teammates and many others who were in and around him.

Poor guy, what was the need for him to step on to this wrong path and cheat his own profession which gave him name, fame and a hell lot of respect in the society.

The right to unpaid parental leave increases from 13 weeks to 18 weeks from 8 March 2013.

The change is required to implement the Parental Leave Directive (2010/18/EC), which increased the minimum parental leave provision from three to four months. The Directive came into force on 8 March 2012, however the Government has made use of an exception that allows member states an extra year for implementation.

Every employee who is the parent of a child can take up to 18 weeks' unpaid parental leave during the first five years of the child's life. Adoptive parents must take their parental leave by the fifth anniversary of the adoption or by the child's 18th birthday, whichever occurs sooner
