Faheema Hattia : YOUR BEST COMPANION IS A BOOK***
"The book is a companion that does not praise you and does not entice you to evil. It is a friend that does not bore you and it is a neighbor that causes you no harm.
It is an acquaintance that desires not to extract from you favors through flattery and it does not deceive you with duplicity and lies.
When you are pouring through pages of a book, your senses are stimulated and your intellect sharpens.
You can sometimes learn from pages of a book in a month, that which you did not learn from the tongues of men in a century.
The book obeys you by night as it does by day, both when you are traveling and when you are at home.
It is the teacher who is there for you whenever you need it and it is the teacher who, if you refuse to give to it, does not refuse to give to you.
As long as you are remotely attached to a book, it suffices you from having to keep company with those who are idle. It saves you from mixing with those that are frivolous in their character, foul in their speech and woeful in their ignorance.
If the only benefit of a book was that it keeps you from foolish daydreaming and prevents you from frivolity, it would certainly be considered a true friend who has given you a great favor"

Pasando por aqui/Passing by here Español e Ingles/Spanish and English : http://elpais.com/economia/2013/05/06/actualidad/1367868665_755574.html In short, if you have a euro bank.'s Best not to have it, to confirm that is what you want to do with the Spanish cents Because if a person has managed to save a few thousand through life based to work, and even above are going to take a percentage of them in the bank this is the last straw when banks themselves are also those who are moving money from those poor savers. They imagine that all draw their money from their bank accounts and only from entering the fair to pay your bills? for that is what they had to do all the Spanish, would see to see was happening then. I think the problem that many things happen in this country is because we allow it, that if, after we complained at petit comité.Así vá us ! because fewer complaints and more do.
The day you understand that banks live and enrich the enrich ourselves because maybe change things.
And everything else like this, sometimes I feel that speaking in this country is to preach in the desierto.Aqui worldwide criticism, everyone turns against the government, everyone tears his garments upon hearing the corruption that is anchored in the country as a limpet to the rock, apparently a large majority is against the monarchy, but oh surprise, get the PP majority and it seems that even these days ago, now, before yesterday the intimate friend of the king has visited Spain. but, there was no queen problem was not in zarzuela, will continue to buy in London or will you have an apartment there for retirement? but country! where news are full of gossip but nobody does anything to put an end to much nonsense and as is logical where nothing matters benefit others. 27 minutes ago - View -

Alternatively the apparant uproar actually works, PS4 swoops in with something other than MURRICA, GUNZ N SPORT. and were cool again... 59 minutes ago - View -
The People Vs The Government, DWP and Atos : Anon: So bad its funny...........
I popped in for a coffee with a good friend of mine today, a single mum who has undertaken some of the courses and training offered her by JC and has got a job.
When she had the letter offering employment( as soon as paperwork had been sorted) she took the letter along with her job search diary to sign on. Her advisor told her despite looking for a job she hadnt made enough effort over the last 2 weeks and she was stopping her money. My friend produced the letter with offer of employment and explained she didnt look as much as usual because she has a job and is waiting to start. She was told that wasn't good enough and she lost a weeks JSA.
Because of this she had no housing or council tax benefit for that week either so she had to pay those as well. She rang the council about a outstanding amount of council tax of £27.13p and asked if they could take it out £9 a week from her benefit and she was told it would be possible.
Few days ago she received a court summons to appear in a not so local magistrates court in 2 weeks time for non payment of council tax amounting £27.13p. She made a few checks on her bank statements and 3 weeks in a row £9 had been taken out by the council as she requested and full amount had been repaid
Shes a strong woman with a good head im sure she will sort it out without too much distress but not all are like her and id dread to think a mess like this would have caused other friends who aint as strong mentally.
Im also sure its cost more than £27.13 to book a court date, are people too dull and simple minded nowadays to look at a case like this and think mmm do i really need court action here and waste alot of money we dont have??
And the advisor in the JC who stopped her money because she got a job !!!! what goes around comes around 1 hour ago - View -
The People Vs The Government, DWP and Atos : Hi, how are you? I'd like to remain anonymous please. I've got a friend who's got an assessment coming up soon. It started back in september when she lost all feeling in her legs and couldn't walk, she had to spend the next 3 month's in hospital where they diagonsed her with weakness functional disease which in leyman's terms means they haven't a clue what's wrong with her, since then some of the feeling has come back in her legs and on her good days she can use a walker, she also suffered with depression before that but with what has happened to her and the fact that they don't know what's wrong or if she will ever regain full feeling in her legs has made her depression worse and now with her impending assessment with atos, she's getting really worried. I saw on your page a while back a couple of posts in regards to the assessments, the first was on what questions you should ask (ie, what are your qualifications? etc) and the other was to do with atos having to get your consent before the assessment could begin, would it be possible to re-post those post's on your page, please and thanks. 1 hour ago - View -

1. Street demonstrations can bring down Governments. This we know from the Arab Spring. But we should also know that setting up a new Government to replace the old Government is not as easy.
2. There will always be people who will not agree with the new Government, no matter if the Government is democratically elected or not. The losers in the bid for power will always accuse the winners of cheating and frauds of all kinds. They will demand for new elections, or a re-count or whatever.
3. If their demand is not agreed to then they will take to the streets in continuous and even violent demonstrations, supplemented with strikes and sundry disorders. They know that if the demonstrations are big enough, the police cannot act against them. If the police try, they will resist and become violent. If the police react with violence than their foreign backers will accuse the police of brutality.
4. In many instances the police had to withdraw or they may be directed to withdraw. They become disinclined to carry out their duties. Some people would take advantage of this by committing minor crimes. The people would feel insecure.
5. If on the other hand new elections are held, and the former losers win, the new losers will accuse the winners of cheating, of fraud etc. They will hold street demonstrations and strikes and do everything possible to bring down the Government. And so it would go on.
6. The net result would be continuous turmoil in the country. There would be no growth. Poverty will spread. The country may have to beg for aid or borrow. In the end it loses its independence.
7. But of course this is a small price to pay for the right to bring down governments through democratic street demonstrations.
8. Perhaps it would be better if governments are chosen through street demonstrations. It would probably be less fraudulent. 1 hour ago - View -

David Michael Buchanan : This shit of a huge number of Christians acting like they are being oppressed any time somebody disagrees with them or says something contrary to their beliefs is getting ridiculous. All day long I have been seeing this post in my newsfeed about this teacher bragging that s/he openly prayed in front of students during the tornado in Oklahoma and people just making them out to be a hero. Are you fucking serious?!? Somebody PLEASE explain to me how this constitutes being dubbed heroic. It was a terrifying situation and they broke down and did what came natural to them; they asked for intervention from their mystical friend in the sky. The fact that people are making this out to be an act that took extreme bravery is mind boggling. Are you people really so deep into your pity party that you believe those of us that don't share your superstitions are going to attack you for what you did? Of course not. We are all human. Not everybody has the courage to take action in a perilous situation like this and do whatever is necessary to actually do some good. Those people are the ones that deserve the title of hero - not somebody that cowered in the corner talking to their imaginary friend. I have nothing against anybody because of their beliefs, but that doesn't mean that I am going to patronize you either. This playing the martyr shit has got to go. 1 hour ago - View -
Barbara Stokes : Definition of a "friend"... A good "true friend" will always build you up when you are feeling down. They will help you and never expect anything in return, ("I scratch your back and you scratch mine") A "true" friend will tell you things that you don't want to hear, not to hurt you, but only to try and help you. They will not utilize you only for their own benefit. A "true friend" never speaks badly about you behind your back. They are someone that you can call day or night and are always willing to listen when you have a problem. A friend does anything in their power to keep their word. A good "true friend" will do anything in their power to make you smile and see that you are happy. They will never judge you by your past or use it against you. They will encourage and help you with your goals.
There are too many people out there that are only out for themselves anymore... If you have a friend like this, appreciate them... they are very hard to come by. I learned through counseling when I was going through all the drama in my life, only a year ago, that some people feel like they don't deserve anything good and will intentionally or unintentionally sabotage anything that is really good in their life. I wished that I would of finished it (the counseling) because I would really like to know if maybe you think that you crossed paths with this type of person... Do you continue to fight to prove that everyone deserves something good or do you just let it be and move on? In my case, I had enough. There was so much turning of the tables to everything was my fault. It took me a while to learn and realize it was just part of the abuse game to try and justify their own actions because they don't know how to handle the guilt. 1 hour ago - View -
