Mark Petersen : Did a bucket list thing last night. Not a big bucket list, one of the little bucket list things. Back before the family imploded, when we were little kids my brother and I were pretty close. Every Sunday Morning we would watch Sam Muchnick's Wrestling at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel on Channel 11. It was a pretty cheezy little production but as kids we loved it. We followed Pat O'Connor, Cowboy Bob Ellis, Dick the Bruiser, Von Roske among others. After the show we would wrestle for hours giving each other the figure 4 leg lock, inflicting the Iron Claw. It was great. I always wanted to go down to the Chase Park Plaza Hotel and attend one the shows but never did. A Friend recently said hey RAW is coming to St. Louis wanna go? I was in. It was a hoot. when you go to these events you have to give in to the experience and appreciate it for the theatre it is. It is a big production with pyrotechnics, LED Screens, much video and audio production. The little dance the wrestlers do is pretty much what happened back on Channell 11 in the 70's. Though I think the use of folding chairs as battering rams has increased. It was a hoot and I am glad I went. The little bucket list is getting smaller, it might be time to work on some of the big bucket list items! 22 minutes ago - View -
Jennie Ladew-Duncan : I am going to call the MSPCA again and let them know the dogs across the road are back to being out more than not. Once in a while they are gone for a day or two and I have know idea if they are in or tied out elsewhere, etc. They look sad and I'm sad. I need them to do something before it starts getting humid and warm. Enough. Obviously the AC guy didn't do/say much the last time or they ignored him. You know mine have a BIG fenced yard, play out in it two/three times a day. Today walked around the Inn on leash. Yesterday went to the river and had a good walk and swim time. Played with six kids in my yard the day before that. Day before that went up the road and for a hour long jaunt and played with Ginger, lab friend, day before that, up in the hills, etc. I can't watch this happen day after day, week after week. 25 minutes ago - View -

Cornelia Elizabeth Taylor : When is there going to be a relief as promised to our electrical bill...... For one month with no AC units running, water heater is off, only two televisions that are on after 7 in the evenings and just a refrigerator that's plugged in, using the washer once a week my bill that use to be $75 tops is now $126 monthly......
All the wrong things we are concerned about.... SMT can one only imagine what the bill will be come next month when the AC units are turned on. Getting my account balance this morning really T'dddd me off this because relief was promised and I want it NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! 32 minutes ago - View -
